CommsAwards is operated by Awardro Communications (SSM 202603120770 / 003849211-K). This policy explains what information is collected from visitors to this website and how it's handled.
1. What we collect
CommsAwards is a public awards directory: browsing, searching, and filtering programmes and results does not require an account and doesn't involve you submitting any personal information. We don't run a contact form, newsletter signup, or analytics/tracking scripts on this site.
2. Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which as part of normal operation may log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and performance purposes. We don't access this data for profiling or marketing, and it isn't linked to any identity.
3. Cookies
The public site doesn't set any cookies. A single technical cookie is used only for the password-protected admin area used to manage the site's content, to keep an authorised session signed in; it isn't used for tracking and isn't set for regular visitors.
4. Awards data
Programme schedules and results shown on this site are aggregated from awards programmes' own published information. This data relates to organisations and campaigns, not individuals in a personal capacity, except where a person is named as part of a public award result (for example, an individual award category). If you believe information about you has been included in error or should be corrected, contact us using the details below.
5. Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and comparable frameworks elsewhere, you have the right to ask what information we hold that relates to you, request a correction, or request its removal. Contact us at hello@awardro.com and we'll respond within 14 business days.
